1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you create or use an account, such as your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, profile details, authentication information, subscription choices, communications, and support requests. If you apply to be a partner or complete identity checks, we may also collect the information and documents requested in those processes.
When you use trading, wallet, or exchange-connection features, we process the information needed to provide them, including connected exchange details, encrypted API credentials, permitted account information, trading-bot settings, order and execution history, wallet transaction records, and subscription records. We also collect technical and security information such as session identifiers, IP address, browser or device information, and activity needed to secure and operate the Service.
2. How information is used
We use information to create and secure accounts; provide, personalise, and improve the Service; connect to exchanges and carry out instructions you configure; process wallet and subscription activity; respond to requests; send service, security, and transaction communications; and maintain records.
We also use information to prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms, troubleshoot and protect the Service, and comply with legal obligations. We send marketing communications only where permitted and provide an unsubscribe option in those messages. Essential account, security, and transaction communications cannot be opted out of while you use the Service.
4. Data security
We use administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect information. Exchange API credentials are encrypted before storage, and authentication sessions use secure, HttpOnly cookies. Access to account information is limited to authorised personnel and systems that need it to operate or support the Service.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Keep your account credentials private, use carefully restricted exchange API keys, and notify us promptly at hello@peakquant.ai if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
5. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; or to withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. You may also have the right to complain to a relevant data-protection authority.
To make a request, email hello@peakquant.ai from the email address associated with your account and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain or decline to delete information where permitted or required by law, including for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute resolution.
6. Retention, transfers, and updates
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the reason it was collected.
Your information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live, where privacy laws may differ. We take steps designed to provide appropriate protections for such transfers. We may update this Policy from time to time; the current version and effective date will always appear on this page. For questions, requests, or privacy concerns, contact hello@peakquant.ai.
